Sara Vigne

Sara Vigne is currently the VP Global Supply Chain at Distalmotion, having previously held various titles at SBB CFF FFS, including Senior Project Manager, Production Planner, and Methods Engineer. With a Master's degree from EPFL and experience in managing complex CAPEX projects in the field of rail vehicles upgrade, Sara has a strong background in production planning, process optimization, and stakeholder management. Sara's expertise lies in defining and monitoring deliverables, budget, planning, and quality in a phase-gate model, as well as selecting suppliers and subcontractors through tenders. Sara also has experience in digitalization projects and computer-aided process planning.
