Vincent Laithier

Vincent Laithier is an experienced professional in the medical device industry with a focus on industrialization and project management. Currently serving as the Instruments Industrialization and Production Manager at Distalmotion since May 2020, responsibilities include overseeing design transfer and manufacturing of instruments and single-use accessories for the Dexter system, emphasizing cost, scalability, lead time, performance, and patient safety. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Engineering Project Manager with experience in managing contract manufacturers and the industrialization of medical instruments at Distalmotion, as well as project management of disposable medical devices at Bracco and GXP Consulting. Early career experience includes roles at Valtronic, where Vincent focused on the industrialization of orthopedic implants and manufacturing methods for medical devices, and at Forsym Comotec, managing industrialization processes. Vincent Laithier holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UTBM and additional qualifications in mechanical and production engineering from IUT Besançon-Vesoul and Lycée Saint Paul Besançon.
