John Eschardies

John Eschardies currently serves as the OEM Deployment Manager at Distech Controls since July 2019, contributing to various roles including Global OEM Deployment Manager and Applications Training Manager. Additionally, John has been a Chief Petty Officer Electronics Technician with the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve since March 2001. Previous positions include Systems Software Engineer at ACCO Engineered Systems and Sunbelt Controls, Project Specialist and Systems Specialist at Climatec, LLC, and Real Estate Consultant at Ambra Real Estate. John's early career included work as a Systems Specialist II at Siemens Building Technologies and ownership of Inland Empire Property Preservation Services. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Finance from the University of Phoenix, along with a high school diploma from St Paul High School.
