Puneet Dhiman

Puneet DHIMAN has a strong background in sales and leadership roles within the building management systems and security industry. Puneet has held various positions at companies such as Distech Controls, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and Honeywell.

At Distech Controls, Puneet currently serves as the Head of Australasia Sales, responsible for expanding the company's presence in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.

Prior to their current role, Puneet held multiple positions at Johnson Controls, including Head of Healthcare vertical for the Pacific Region and Systems and Solutions Business Leader. In these roles, they implemented strategies to position the company as a leader in integrated solutions, engaged with key stakeholders, and contributed to key verticals such as infrastructure, data centers, and healthcare.

During their time at Schneider Electric, Puneet served as the Global Commercial Director for the Fire Safety & Security department. Puneet demonstrated consistent growth in the security business, repositioned country business to target higher growth markets, and achieved financial targets. Puneet also held roles as the Global Director for Security Business and National Offer Manager for Security Systems and Solutions.

At Siemens, Puneet worked as a National Product Manager for CCTV products and achieved significant revenue growth within the first year. Puneet also served as a Sales Manager.

Prior to Siemens, Puneet worked at Honeywell as a Senior Engineer.
