Kate Rycroft

Kate holds a BSocSci (Hons) and an MBA. She joined Distell in 2003, prior to which she worked in the banking sector in the United Kingdom. She was director: corporate development, responsible for Group strategy and mergers and acquisitions. She is responsible for executing key strategic changes in the Venture Business under a renewed operating model. Kate’s areas of expertise include business management, mergers and acquisitions, strategy development and execution, business transformation, deal integration and deal origination.
