Marc Needham has a significant amount of experience in various marketing roles. Marc started their career in 2004 with British American Tobacco, where they held positions such as Group Brand Manager and Snr Brand Manager. Marc then moved to BrightKids in 2013 as Director, focusing on the marketing and distribution of baby accessory and developmental toy brands. Since 2014, Marc has been with Distell, where they have held roles such as Global Marketing Wines, Category Head Wines, and currently, Category Lead Premium Wines.

Marc Needham attended St. Marttins from 1987 to 1991, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period.
