Chris Swonger, the current President & CEO of both the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States and Responsibility.org, has a wealth of experience in public affairs, government relations, and communications. Prior to their current roles, Chris served as a Senior Vice President at Smiths Group plc and as Vice President at Fortune Brands Home & Security. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Government from Texas Tech University, Swonger also held the position of Senior Vice President at Allied Domecq, focusing on corporate affairs in North America.
