Julio Cesar

Julio Cesar is currently the Recruitment & HR Exec at DISTINCT GROUP. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Eldorado Research Institute from April 2014 to March 2018. Julio was also previously employed at T&T Engenheiros Associados from April 2011 to March 2014.

Julio has extensive experience in leading global and local projects for Dell Computers, participating in activities before the project, such as support for RFP confection and SOW writing, until the complete project life cycle. This includes methodological support, scope management, KPIs tracking, risk management, teams hiring and management, reporting for clients and senior management, and closing project activities.

Julio is also hands-on as a team member, testing, mentoring, solving problems, negotiating, solving conflicts, process mapping and optimization, when necessary, acting as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.

Julio has been distinguished with Eldorado Excellence Award due to their effective leadership.

Some of the projects they have worked on include Dell Premier Plus, Dell Commissioning Tool, Dell EBS Setup Automation, Dell PPBSys, Dell Playbook, Dell Metrics Portal, Dell Statutory, Dell Changepoint and Dell Command (e-commerce and financial systems, SDLC, Agile and waterfall environments).

Julio Cesar has a specialization in software product management from the University of Alberta, a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a technical degree in accounting from Protasio Alves College. Julio also has a business administration degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, they have various certifications from Coursera, St. John Ambulance Canada, World Education Services, Scrum.org, the International Association of Coaching, and the Project Management Institute.
