Luis Oliveira

Luis Oliveira has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Luis currently serves as the Head of Operations at DISTINCT GROUP, where they oversee operations within the company. Prior to this, Luis worked at Security Risk Specialists Ltd as the Director of Operations and later as the Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including client and team liaison, site training, and maintaining high standards. Before that, Luis worked at EatFirst as the Operations and Drivers Manager, where they managed logistics and maintained service standards for a team of over 20 staff members. Luis also prioritized health and safety policies and fostered a collaborative team environment. Earlier in their career, Luis worked at Pronto Technology Limited as the Drivers Manager and Head of Training. Luis was responsible for training over 50 delivery drivers and managing HR and recruitment efforts.
