Elizabeth Winke

Elizabeth Winke, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at both LEAP Innovations and Distinctive Schools. With extensive experience in financial management, Elizabeth has previously held roles as Controller at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois and Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois, where responsibilities included overseeing consolidated financial statements and managing the month-end close process. Prior positions also include Senior Accountant at Feeding America, where Elizabeth led a fraud review project, and Director of Financial Accounting at Howard Brown Health Center, where new policies and procedures were instituted. Elizabeth's professional journey began at RGL Forensics as a Senior Forensic Accountant, managing complex litigation cases, and included a tenure at Deloitte as a Senior Associate focusing on compliance investigations. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University.
