Monique Langston

Monique Langston has held multiple leadership roles at Distinctive Schools since July 2019, including Chief of Staff, Chief Engagement Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. Currently, Monique serves as Chief of Staff at LEAP Innovations and previously participated as a Cambiar Catalyst Fellow from August 2023 to July 2024. Monique was also a member of Chief from May 2021 to May 2022, focusing on advancing women in leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at Distinctive Schools/Acceleration Academies/ERDI, Business Operations Manager at TeacherMatch, and various roles at Chicago Public Schools, including Manager of External Communications and Director of Partnerships. Monique began their career as an Account Coordinator at Weber Shandwick. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, both from Roosevelt University.
