Yevgeniy Lapin

Yevgeniy Lapin has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Spektr, a Speakers Relations Assistant at the Astana Economic Forum 2018, and a Researching Analyst at the Studio of Transportation Design. In 2019, they were a Student Care Officer at Practicum by Yandex, and in 2021 they are a Customer Service Manager at Distribusion Technologies. In these roles, they have processed incoming requests, planned key strategic tech updates, done analytics, evaluated feedback, built a community, managed beta-testing of educational programs, prepared analytical reports, conducted field research, studied the correlation of street lighting and traffic accidents, and combined analytical reports.

Yevgeniy Lapin has a diverse educational background. Yevgeniy began their studies in 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computational Linguistics major with Urban Studies and Urban Planning minor from the Higher School of Economics in 2019. Yevgeniy then pursued a Master of Arts in Urban Studies and Spatial Planning from the same institution in 2019. In 2021, they completed a Master of Arts in Human Rights and Democratization in the Caucasus from Yerevan State University. Yevgeniy also obtained a Master of Arts in International Law and Politics from Tbilisi State University in 2022. Currently, they are enrolled in a Master of Arts in Politics and Security at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and is expected to graduate in 2024.
