Chad Edwards

Chad Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Direct Origination at DSD Renewables since July 2022, Chad focuses on helping commercial real estate partners achieve renewable energy goals through customized solar PV and energy storage solutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Acquisitions at Avistone, LLC and Vice President at Black Creek Group, along with an Investment Associate position at Real Capital Solutions. Chad's military service includes roles as a Captain in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Reserve. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Magna Cum Laude from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
