Zachery Egerton Cooper

Zachery Egerton Cooper is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager for Energy Storage and EV Charging at DSD Renewables since February 2022, following a role as Senior Engineer. Prior to this, Zachery held the position of Innovation Engineer at NextEra Energy, Inc. within the Distributed Generation group, gaining extensive experience in renewable energy technologies. Before that, Zachery worked as a Project Engineer at NextEra Energy Resources, focusing on the engineering of energy storage systems and solar+storage solutions. Zachery began the professional journey as a Project Engineering Intern at Florida Power & Light Company, contributing to power uprate engineering efforts. Zachery holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, both from the University of Florida.
