Jesse Ford has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Starting in 2003, they served in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal/Fire Support Man, where they held mission-critical roles and received various accolades. After leaving the military in 2006, Jesse worked as an Executive Security Agent at Professional Security Consultants, overseeing daily operations and leading teams for high-profile clients and events. In 2009, they joined Bank of America, where they held various roles within the mortgage servicing litigation management group, including Assistant Vice President Operations Team Manager. Jesse provided leadership and oversight to teams involved in legal intake processes. In 2017, Jesse worked as a Supervisor at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, responsible for the Credit reporting department and fostering team collaboration. Jesse then transitioned to Mr. Cooper as a Claims Analyst, where they worked on FNMA and FHLMC oversight and reconciliation tasks. Jesse later joined District 25 Toastmasters in 2019, where they held positions such as Logistics Manager, Public Relations Manager, and Division Director G, focusing on organizational development and managing public relations. In 2021, Jesse joined Rocktop Partners as a Portfolio Analyst before returning to District 25 Toastmasters in 2022 as the Club Growth Director. Currently, Jesse Ford serves as the Program Quality Director at District 25 Toastmasters.

Jesse Ford holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, General from Brandman University, which was completed from 2009 to 2011. Priot to that, in 2009, Jesse attained a Paralegal Certificate in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from California State University, Los Angeles. Additionally, Jesse also earned an AA in Transfer Studies from the College of the Canyons, which was completed from 2004 to 2007. Jesse has obtained certifications in Dynamic Leadership Level 4 and Strategic Relationships Level 1 from Toastmasters International in the year 2021.
