Andrea Betts

Andrea Betts is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in administration and operations support. Currently serving as the Administration and Compliance Lead at District 3 Innovation since March 2021, Andrea has also held roles as Administration Lead and Operations Support, as well as Administrative Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this, Andrea gained leadership experience as a Waitstaff Supervisor at Grill Sélect from February 2017 to March 2020, and served as an Archiving Assistant at Volkswagen Canada from August 2014 to August 2016. Andrea Betts holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations with a focus on Organization Development from Concordia University, completed between 2019 and 2022.
