Siyupwa Kabisa

Siyupwa Kabisa is an experienced District Administrative Officer currently serving in Mongu since November 2022, with a focus on coordinating central government functions to promote socio-economic development. Prior to this role, Siyupwa served in the same capacity at the District Administration in Kalabo from February 2016, where responsibilities included coordinating with key stakeholders such as line ministries, local authorities, NGOs, and traditional leaders to support district development initiatives. Siyupwa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, obtained from UCZ Sefula Secondary School between 1983 and 1987.
