Elizabeth Micci currently serves as the Director of Client Results at District Management Group, a position held since 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Citizen Schools from 2020 to 2024, where Elizabeth held titles of Vice President of Program and Managing Director. Elizabeth was the Secondary School Principal and Doctoral Resident at The Harbour School Hong Kong from 2017 to 2020, and prior to that, worked in various capacities at Houston ISD from 2010 to 2015, including Academy Administrator and Secondary School Teacher. Elizabeth began their career as a Corps Member with Teach For America from 2010 to 2012 and also completed an internship as an Investor Services Intern at Brown Brothers Harriman in 2007-2008. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Arts in English from Middlebury College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and English from Washington and Lee University. Additional study experiences include summer and fall terms at the University of Oxford and UCL, respectively.
