Previously held the role of Chief Program Officer at The Learning Accelerator, where Ryan led strategic initiatives and secured major financial investments. Additional experience includes positions as a Partnership Development Advisor at nXu Education, Education Consultant at Compass Academy, and Senior Vice President of Program Design at City Year, demonstrating a strong background in program innovation and partnership cultivation.
