Patricia Bayless, MD, FACEP, MIHM has extensive work experience in the medical field. Patricia started their career in 1986 at District Medical Group as an Attending Physician and later became the Chief Wellness Officer. In 2018, they held the role of Chief Wellness Officer again. Alongside their work at District Medical Group, they also served as an Assistant Professor and Affiliate Faculty at Creighton University School of Medicine. Furthermore, they worked as Doctoring Faculty at University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix starting in 2012. Throughout their career, they have been involved in teaching and mentoring as a Faculty member in the Emergency Medicine Residency program.
Patricia Bayless, MD, FACEP, MIHM, completed their undergraduate education at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, earning a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from 1977 to 1981. In 1998 to 2001, they pursued further education at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, obtaining a Master of International Health (MIHM) degree with a focus on International/Global Studies, specifically in healthcare. Additionally, in 2015 to 2016, they attended the Oregon Health & Science University for a 10 x 10 Informatics Course. Patricia also holds a Masters in International Health Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, completed sometime before the year 2000.
