Christal Williams

Christal Williams, Esq. serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Administration at the DC Housing Authority since March 2025. Prior to this role, Christal held the position of Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer at the Architect of the Capitol from October 2021 to April 2025. From 2016 to 2021, Christal was the Director of Human Resources for the Government of the District of Columbia. Christal's experience also includes serving as a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Advisor at DC Water from 2011 to 2016 and as Legal Counsel in the Executive Office of the Mayor for the DC Government from 2006 to 2011. Christal is an alumnus of The George Washington University Law School and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
