Caroline Barnhart

Caroline Barnhart is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within educational institutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources and Safety at the District of Lake Country since May 2021, Barnhart previously held significant positions at Okanagan College as a Human Resources Advisor focusing on Employee Relations, and at The University of British Columbia as a Human Resources Manager within the School of Biomedical Engineering.
