Elias Hightower

Elias Hightower is currently the Head of People & Culture at DistroKid. Prior to this, they held senior management positions at Splice and Joe & The Juice. Elias has also worked as a human resources generalist and coordinator at Spotify and Yodle, respectively. Elias began their career as a marketing specialist and editor for IAP Worldwide Services before moving into the field of human resources. From 2008 to 2014, they served in the Army National Guard as a human resource manager. Elias is also an actor and has appeared in the film Safe House.

Elias Hightower has a Master of Science from University of Maryland - University College and a Bachelor's from Charleston Southern University. Elias also attended The Citadel.

They are on a team with Mike Flink - Head of Creator Services, Brett Chance - Director, Operations, and Gert Franz - Head of Engineering. Elias Hightower reports to Philip Kaplan, Founder & CEO.
