Kate Love Panawek

Kate Love Panawek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and content management. Currently serving as Ops Lead in the Office of the CEO at Distyl since October 2025, Kate has held multiple leadership roles at Dialpad from January 2021 to October 2025, including Sr. Head of Content and Business Strategy & Operations Manager. Previous roles include Partner Ops at Bain Capital Ventures and Business Operations at Microsoft, as well as various positions in prior organizations, such as Chief of Staff at DripDrop and Events & Outreach Manager at Common Sense Media. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2007.
