Bhrein Salazar has extensive work experience in customer experience and management roles. Bhrein currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at DITO Telecommunity Corporation, where they are responsible for various aspects of customer service, social media, customer loyalty, and training. In their previous role as the Head of Customer Experience at Philam Life, Bhrein focused on driving customer experience transformation efforts and aligning technical capabilities towards IT and Data transformation. Bhrein also has experience at Smart Communications, Inc., where they held positions such as Customer Experience Strategy Program Head and Customer Lifecycle Management Operations Head. Throughout their career, Bhrein has demonstrated a strong focus on improving customer experiences and implementing strategic initiatives.
Bhrein Salazar has a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Centro Escolar University. They also have a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Marketing Communications Management with a Certificate of Merit from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, where they studied Integrated Marketing Communications. Bhrein Salazar also obtained a Business Intelligence Analyst Certification from the University of the Philippines. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in User Experience (UX) Design, including Planning a Career in User Experience, UX Design: 1 Overview, UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data, UX Design: 3 Creating Personas, UX Design: 4 Ideation, UX Design: 5 Creating Scenarios and Storyboards, UX Design: 6 Paper Prototyping, and UX Design: 7 Implementation Planning. They are also a member of The Interaction Design Foundation and hold a Certified Business Intelligence Analyst designation from the University of the Philippines.
