Jennifer Padillo

Jennifer Padillo is a skilled Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) specialist with extensive experience in environmental compliance and management across various organizations. At DITO Telecommunity Corporation, Jennifer organized DENR permitting and reporting, served on a technical committee for environmental compliance related to submarine cable projects, and led tree planting activities as part of a greenhouse gas emission offset program. Prior experience includes roles as Environmental Supervisor at First Balfour and Pollution Control Officer at Bouygues Construction, where Jennifer supervised permitting and enhanced sustainability efforts. With a firm educational foundation in Environmental Science from Technological University of the Philippines and a Master’s in Environmental Management from Philippine Women's University, Jennifer is well-equipped to address complex environmental challenges.
