Oreoluwa Adegbite

Oreoluwa Adegbite has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They started their career as a Computer Technician at Omatek Ventures Limited in 2011. In 2013, they worked as an IT Administrator at Somotex Nigeria Ltd, where they were involved in network administration and system troubleshooting.

In 2015, Oreoluwa transitioned to SocialViralNG, where they worked as a Social Media Content Manager, focusing on brand awareness and content creation. Later that year, they joined Softalliance Solutions Limited as a Hybrid Mobile Application Developer, designing and implementing iPhone and Android apps using Ionic platform, Firebase, and MySQL.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Semences Innovations Limited as a Web/Mobile Application Developer, responsible for UI design, application architecture, and back-end logic using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL, and Laravel.

They managed large-scale customer cloud infrastructure and successfully created infrastructure architecture and deployment plans for government clients.

In 2021, Oreoluwa worked at Deimos as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they enhanced clients' application performance through the migration to a Micro-Service architecture and established standards and processes around DevOps automation and deployment.

From 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Freelance, Self-Employed DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, providing guidance on infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline deployment, and cross-cloud infrastructure deployment practices. They also focused on implementing microservices architecture and agile practices to reduce application development time.

Currently, Oreoluwa is employed at Ditto as a Site Reliability Engineer, starting in 2022.

Oreoluwa Adegbite obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Bowen University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Before attending Bowen University, Oreoluwa attended Caleb International College from 2009 to 2010, focusing on the field of Science.

In addition to their formal education, Oreoluwa has obtained several certifications.
