Jared Crowley has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jared is currently working at DivcoWest as a Senior Director - Investments, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Director - Investments at DivcoWest from June 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining DivcoWest, Jared worked at Rising Realty Partners as a Senior Associate - Asset Management and Development from January 2020 to June 2021. Jared was responsible for managing a 2 million square foot office/industrial portfolio in Los Angeles, CA, and Denver, CO.

From June 2018 to January 2020, Jared worked at Colony Capital, Inc. as an Associate Vice President - Portfolio | Asset Management. Jared managed a 12.5 million square foot industrial portfolio in Texas and California.

Prior to that, Jared served as a Senior Investments Analyst at Dalfen Industrial LLC from July 2016 to June 2018. Jared was involved in underwriting and closing industrial real estate deals worth $273 million in various locations across the US.

Additionally, Jared worked as an Investments Analyst at Dalfen Industrial LLC from February 2015 to July 2016, where they were responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities.

Jared began their career at AEG in a sales and marketing role in 2014.

Jared Crowley attended Texas Christian University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Political Science.
