Kate Oppenheimer has extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles. Kate currently serves as the Chief People Officer at DivcoWest, where they focus on developing and implementing people programs and company culture. Prior to this, they were the Principal and CEO of Boundless Coaching, where they worked with businesses to drive high performance and achieve strategic goals. Kate also has experience in the fitness industry, having worked as a Business Coach and Instructor at The Bar Method. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at Equinox and lululemon, where they managed teams and implemented strategies to drive revenue and improve customer service. Earlier in their career, Kate worked as a Business Analyst at The Alexander Group, Inc. and Patpatia & Associates. Kate also served as a Research Fellow at Kravis Leadership Institute and an Analyst at Leadership Learning Community.

Kate Oppenheimer attended Claremont McKenna College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Leadership. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Terra Linda High School from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Kate Oppenheimer has obtained three certifications as a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member from LifeLabs Learning in 2022.
