Head of Communications

The DIVD fund is growing at an incredible pace and are now looking for a head of Communications to join the team.

The marketing and communications team supports the DIVD fund and covers everything marketed and communications related. As we embark on the next phase of our exciting journey, our need for effective internal communications and team engagement has never been greater.

Head of Communications Responsibilities:

• Support the Managing Director in the planning, developing, and executing of internal communications.
• Develop an internal organizational communications strategy and work with the team to execute the strategy.
• Provide invaluable advice to the business and collaborate with leadership to enhance organizational culture and embed effective engagement into the everyday.
• Ensure an efficient cascade of critical organizational information through various channels and support the business leaders and colleagues.
• Liaise with the HR team to deliver communications on employee-focused programs and support senior execs by creating talking points to build volunteer engagement.

Required skills and experience

• Experience in a senior communications role with an understanding of working with remote teams and a hybrid working model.
• Experience with the execution of internal communications plans and activities.
• Experience with people management with a focus on personal development and leadership.

Nice to have:

• Speaks fluently in Dutch.
• Experience with hiring and managing Internal Communications staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
