William J. Heckler

William J. Heckler boasts an extensive career in law enforcement training and public safety. Since September 2006, William has served as a Trainer at INTACTT, providing comprehensive training programs developed by active duty law enforcement officers. Concurrently, William has been a Corporate Trainer at Dive Rescue International since October 1989, focusing on underwater investigations. Prior roles include Investigator at Mayfield Village Police and Academy Instructor in Cleveland Heights, where firearms and tactical training were provided. Furthermore, William held the position of Director of Public Safety in Willoughby Hills from February 1970 to February 1995, overseeing public safety operations. William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services from Cuyahoga Community College.
