John Herrick

John Herrick has worked in the tech industry since 2017. John began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at the Home Depot Technology Center, where they worked on a project to create scripts in Powershell that diagnose and repair unhealthy SCCM clients across 80,000+ devices, as well as generated a metrics report and dashboard utilizing Graphite and Grafana. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Microsoft. In 2019, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Niantic, Inc. and is currently the CTO of Dive Chat.

John Herrick attended Highland Park High School from 2012 to 2016. John then earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019. John followed that up with a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2020.
