Ferino Hillman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ferino started their career at Tenneco in 2014 as an Engineer in Product Development. Ferino then moved to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2015, where they worked as an Engineer in Product Development for a few months. In 2018, Ferino joined Daimler AG and held multiple positions including Engineer in Plant Development & Investment Planning, Engineer in Operations Continuous Improvement, Sr. Engineer in Parts Production, and Operations Strategic Support Manager. Their final role at Daimler AG was as Lead Technical Program Manager/Engineer in Manufacturing Systems (MES). Currently, they are working at Divergent as the Operations Process Lead for Manufacturing Systems Digitalization.

Ferino Hillman pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Ferino attended Purdue University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of Southern California from 2016 to 2018. Here, they obtained their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Dynamics & Control System.
