Randy Klein-Gross

Randy Klein-Gross, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in jewelry design and dive-related services. As the Artist and Owner of Lionfish Jewelry since September 2017, Randy specializes in creating beautiful handmade jewelry and accessories using lionfish spines. Concurrently, Randy serves as the Assistant Manager and Events Coordinator at Divers Direct since February 2015. Prior roles include CFO and Owner of Titan Dive Gear from January 1999 to November 2013, overseeing sales, promotions, dive shows, and accounting, and Manager at A. Klein Co., Inc. from June 1993 to June 2012, focusing on property management. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Sexuality from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Psychology with a minor in Human Sexuality from California State University, Northridge.
