Sonika Chugh

Sonika Chugh has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sr. Project Manager at DIVERSANT, LLC since 2013. In this position, they managed the conversion of 35 downstream applications to a new platform using AGILE methodology. Sonika also coordinated with the downstream applications during User Acceptance testing and Production Parallel, and resolved any issues that arose.

Prior to their current role, Sonika worked at Infosys from 2001 to 2013, where they held various positions. As a Project Manager, they handled multiple projects for clients such as Bank of America and ABN AMRO/Lasalle. Sonika played a Technical Delivery Lead role in data warehouse projects and collaborated with various teams and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Sonika also acted as a Subject Matter Expert for General Ledger Reconciliation applications at ABN AMRO/Lasalle for 1.5 years.

Before joining Infosys, Sonika worked as a Mainframe Software Engineer for American Express Credit cards, where they designed, developed, and implemented a new Direct Debit feature in Australia and the USA. Sonika utilized technologies such as Mainframe, DB2, SYNCSORT, and DFSORT during this time.

Sonika Chugh completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi. Sonika attended this institution from 1997 to 2001.
