Vincent J Waites is an experienced software development manager and co-founder with extensive expertise in software life-cycle development, strategic project planning, and customer collaboration. Currently leading a team at Diversatek Healthcare, Vincent oversees project estimation, scheduling, and the creation of critical documentation while providing training to junior programmers. Previously serving as a senior computer scientist at Sandhill Scientific, Vincent contributed to developing complex software solutions and authoring comprehensive specifications. Hands-on experience includes significant contracts with major corporations such as Enron and DuPont, and a foundation in technical roles dating back to a formative internship. Vincent holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
