Alison Jones

Alison Jones is a Business Analyst I at Diverse Computing, Inc. since January 2023, responsible for leading complex business analyses and collaborating with clients to navigate intricate technical and business processes. Previously, Alison served as a Junior Business Analyst Intern, translating client needs into functional designs and determining system requirements through various analysis methods. Alison's experience includes a progression of roles at Glory Days Grill, where responsibility increased from Host to To-Go to Server and Trainer, and at the Florida State IT Help Desk, which involved addressing user design flaws and providing tailored customer service. Earlier experience at The Potomac School involved advancing through roles from Apprentice to Counselor and Bus Chaperone, enhancing leadership skills through activity instruction. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology at the same institution.
