James Moore has a diverse work experience spanning several fields. James started their career as a Lead Recruiter at PeopleScout in 2013, where they excelled in full-cycle recruitment and building candidate pipelines. In 2014, they transitioned to Clinical Research Associate at Clinproxy, where they coordinated protocol reviews and ensured adherence to regulatory guidelines. From 2014 to 2021, they served as a Human Resources Executive at LIVING SPRING HOME HEALTH CARE INC, where they developed and implemented HR policies and procedures. James then moved on to Pro Covid Test as an Operations Manager, overseeing operations and securing new accounts. Currently, they are the Director of Recruiting at Diverse Facility Solutions, leading talent acquisition efforts and attracting top talent.
