Anna Treece is the current account manager at Walmart and has been in the business development specialist role at The Melini Group since 2014. Anna has a long history of working in IT management, human capital management, and organizational transformation. In their previous role as head of human capital management at TIAA, they were responsible for developing and executing all IT Human Capital Programs, including the IT Technical Analyst program, Job Family Framework, and Learning and Development roadmap.
