Oleksii Shykov

Oleksii Shykov has an extensive work experience in various technical roles. Oleksii started their career in 2005 as a Technical Manager at Touchlink Mobile and later worked as a Java Developer at UENS. In 2008, they became a Software Engineering Team Lead at Metaversum, where they led a team and applied Scrum and Agile practices to develop a desktop client for a social MMO game. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Team Lead / Software Engineer (C#) at Silverform LLC, where they organized the development process and implemented game functionality using Unity3D and Xamarin. After that, they worked as a Self-Employed Software Engineer before joining Diversido in 2013 as a Team Lead. At Diversido, they grew and led the Mobile Department and implemented essential processes to enhance project efficiency and software quality. Oleksii also played the key role of Lead Developer on selected projects and developed cross-platform plugins using Xamarin, Objective-C, and Java. In 2017, they became the CTO of Diversido, where they managed the Delivery Department, started long-term and short-term projects, and developed expertise in IoT/BluetoothLE. Currently, Oleksii holds the position of Technical Director at Djaayz App, where they lead a cross-functional team, provides technical guidance, and focuses on time-to-market reduction.

Oleksii Shykov 🇺🇦 completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2002 to 2008.
