Doniel Wegener

Doniel Wegener has extensive experience in benefits administration, currently serving as the COBRA Team Lead and Project Manager at Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. since August 2015. Wegener has progressively taken on roles such as Senior COBRA Specialist and COBRA Specialist, focusing on implementing new COBRA clients and managing client accounts. Prior experience includes working as a Library Paraprofessional at Hustisford School District, where reading groups were led and library skills were taught. Wegener also contributed to the benefits sector at EDS/Towers Perrin as a Defined Benefit and Health and Welfare Senior Specialist, where implementation procedures were composed and training materials developed, and at Hewitt Associates LLC as a Defined Benefit Project Manager, responsible for editing benefits manuals and fostering associate development. Wegener holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from Truman State University.
