Michelle Clayton

Michelle Clayton is an experienced leader in the automotive industry with a strong background in operations management and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Diversified Coatings Systems since May 2022, Michelle has previously held significant roles including Site Operations Manager at Benteler Automotive and Director of Central Operational Services for North America at Fehrer Automotive. Additional experience includes serving as Site Manager at Faurecia Seating and Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed production planning, engineering change management, and the introduction of new technologies. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University.
