Lindsay Gmutza

Lindsay Gmutza is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation since July 2021, Lindsay previously held the position of Human Resources Service Center Manager at Case Western Reserve University from March 2016 to July 2021, where significant accomplishments included launching the HR Service Center and enhancing service delivery to employees. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager/Account Manager at Cooper & Turner, where Lindsay developed new HR policies and training programs, and positions at Harding University as Audio/Visual Department Office Manager and Assistant Librarian. Lindsay holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Harding University.
