Mark Searcy

Director, Operations Training & Innovation at Diversified Maintenance

Mark Searcy has over 25 years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry. Mark currently serves as the Director of Operations Training and Innovation at Diversified Maintenance.

Searcy began their career in 1988 as a Senior District Manager for Healthcare Services Group, Inc. Mark then spent 18 years with Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System, first as a Divisional Franchise Business Development Manager and then as Global Operation Support Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Procter & Gamble as the Associate Director of Hospitality for Proctor & Gamble Professional Services. Searcy spent 10 years with Procter & Gamble before moving on to SouthEast LINK as Sales Manager in 2017.

Searcy has been with Diversified Maintenance since 2018 and has played a key role in developing and implementing training programs for new and existing employees. Mark has also been instrumental in launching several new initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Mark Searcy's educational career began at Uniondale High School, where they studied communications. Mark then went on to study at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where they earned their degree in communications.

They work with Tyler Bruce - VP of Human Resources, Steve Weiand - SVP of Client Relations and Strategic Alliances, and Mike Fink - Regional Vice President, North Carolina, Capital, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Mark Searcy reports to Neal Pomroy, Chief Executive Officer.
