Sati Smith

Sati Smith has over 20 years of experience in the credit union industry. Sati currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Diversified Members Credit Union since March 2019. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at the same company, starting in 2005. These positions include Manager IT Technician/Data Processor and Operations Manager. From 1997 to 2005, Sati worked as a Processor at Kemba Credit Union.

Sati Smith's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Wayne State University. Sati successfully completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Social Work in 2012. After that, in 2013, they enrolled in Ashland Theological Seminary and pursued a Masters in Pastoral Counseling. Sati completed their degree in Pastoral Studies/Counseling in 2015. Later, in 2019, Sati joined the CUES CEO Institute to further enhance their knowledge in finance. Sati completed the program and received a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) degree with a focus on Finance, General in 2022.
