Kara Kaziukewicz

Quality Program Manager at DIVERSIFIED Radiology

Kara Kaziukewicz has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kara started their career in 2001 at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, where they worked in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology. During their time there, they focused on portable fluoro (C-Arm) use in the operating room and played a role in training new staff and mentoring Radiologic Technologist students.

In 2008, Kara joined the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics as a Cardiovascular Technologist/Registered Radiologic Technologist. In this role, they monitored, scrubbed, and circulated during various cases in the Pediatric and Adult Cath labs. Kara also received advanced training for Siemens X-Ray system and collaborated with staff from other areas to ensure the smooth opening of a Pediatric Hybrid OR.

In 2016, Kara transitioned to UW Health, where they held two roles. Kara served as a Patient Relations Coordinator from August 2016 to July 2018, and as an Adjunct Clinical Radiology Instructor from January 2016 to August 2016.

From 2019 to 2022, Kara worked at Centura Health as a Multi-Facility Provider Peer Review Coordinator, overseeing peer reviews across multiple facilities.

Currently, Kara is employed at Diversified Radiology as a Quality Program Manager, a position they started in March 2022.

Kara Kaziukewicz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Radiology/Business at Marian University of Fond du Lac from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Radiology at Columbia-St.Mary's School of Radiologic Technology in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1999 to 2001. Their field of study throughout both programs was Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer.
