Patrick Thantacheva is an experienced professional in risk management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management and HR Legal Compliance at Diversified Restaurant Group since August 2019. In this role, Patrick oversees enterprise risk management for a large-scale quick-service restaurant franchise with over 300 locations and more than 8,000 employees across several states. Prior experience includes serving as Risk and Contracts Manager at M Resort Spa Casino, where responsibilities encompassed OSHA compliance and injury prevention, as well as various human resources functions. Patrick has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from William S. Boyd School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Additionally, Patrick co-chaired volunteer engagement at the Human Rights Campaign from June 2008 to May 2013.
