Tom Douglas

Tom Douglas is an accomplished restaurant executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Restaurant Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Diversified Restaurant Group since November 2017, Tom has previously held the position of Director of Operations at GPS Hospitality from February 2015 to November 2017. Prior experience at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from October 2007 to February 2015 includes roles as Senior Director of Franchise Operations, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Manager of Training. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California University of Pennsylvania.
