Caitlin Iseler is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in executive roles and corporate wellness initiatives. Currently serving as Board Chair and Investor at Happyly, Caitlin also holds the positions of Chief People Officer, Founder, and CEO, overseeing an AI-powered platform focused on meaningful team engagement through volunteerism. In addition, Caitlin is the Founder and Board Chair of Happy At Work, promoting workplace connection and well-being, and Caitlin is a Practice Leader and Managing Director at Diversified Search Group, the largest woman-founded executive search firm globally. Other notable roles include being a founding member of Poppy, a collaborative workspace, and a partner at Evergreen Ranch for women's wellness retreats. Caitlin's prior experience includes significant positions at Korn Ferry and Bespoke Partners, specializing in technology executive searches.
