Heather Campion

Heather Campion is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of the Connected Leadership Practice at Diversified Search Group since March 2018, Campion previously held positions such as Principal at Mount Vernon Strategies, CEO of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, and Chief Administrative Officer & Corporate Secretary at Northeast Bank, which Campion co-founded. Additional experience includes serving as Group Executive VP & Director of Corporate Affairs at Citizens Financial Group and multiple leadership roles at Harvard Kennedy School. Earlier in career, Campion worked at The White House in the Office of Public Liaison and the Presidential Speechwriting Office. Education includes an A.B. in American History from Mount Holyoke College and executive education at Harvard Business School.
